The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, within its legal competence, has adopted the Rulebook on the general methodology for risk assessment in information and communication systems of special importance ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 63/26 of 10 July 2026), which entered into force on 18 July 2026. This rulebook establishes the general methodology for risk assessment in priority and major information and communication systems of special importance.
