National CERT

The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services performs the tasks of the National Center for the Prevention of Security Risks in ICT systems of the Republic of Serbia, as defined by the Information Security Law (“Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 91/25).

The primary responsibilities of the National CERT are the coordination of prevention and protection against security risks in information and communication systems (ICT systems) at the national level, keeping records of special CERTs, as well as collecting and exchanging information on possible risks and monitoring of reported incidents nationally, in order to raise awareness, both among citizens as well as among business entities and public authorities, about the importance of information security.
