The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services has adopted the Rulebook on the conditions and manner of postal service provision ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 71/25 of 14.08.2025), which entered into force on 22.08.2025. This Rulebook stipulates in more detail the conditions and manner of providing postal services, the handling of postal items from collection to delivery, the content of the application for a permit to provide postal services, the data pertaining to the postal services market that postal operators are obliged to submit to the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, cross-border delivery, sustainable development, a geographical overview of the distribution of the postal network, prices of postal services, as well as other issues of importance for the functioning and development of postal services in the Republic of Serbia.
