In accordance with the Decision on the State of Emergency, postal operators in the Republic of Serbia have modified working hours of the post offices and times of postal items collection and delivery. Based on the data provided to RATEL, the post offices in Serbia are open mostly between 9AM and 2PM, whereas courier service Post Express and Cash delivery are closed. Universal service and financial services provided by the Post of Serbia remain available during the state of emergency.

According to the available data, working hours of the rest of the postal providers: AKS Express, Royal Express, DHL, FedEx, TIM KOP and Express courier have remained unchanged. In some of YU PD Express offices, collection of items is carried out from 8AM, 10AM or 11AM on short time. Courier service BEX performs collection via call center until 2PM and in parcel stores until 3PM.
