Ratel hosted a meeting with representatives of the Agency for Electronic Communications (AEK) of the Republic of North Macedonia, which was organized with the aim of continuing successful cooperation and exchange of experiences in areas of common regulatory importance.

During the meeting, the current process of introducing the Roam Like at Home (RLAH) regime between the European Union and the Western Balkan economies, as well as the regulation of the provision of universal service in the field of electronic communications, was discussed. Special attention was paid to the challenges in implementing the regulatory framework, possible solutions and planned future activities in both areas.

The importance of continued cooperation and regular exchange of experiences between regulatory bodies was emphasized, which contribute to strengthening institutional capacities and improving regulatory practice in the interest of further development of the electronic communications market.
