The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, within its legal competence, has adopted the following by-laws:

Rulebook on amendments to the Rulebook on ensuring the accessibility of certain electronic communications services and appropriate terminal equipment to end-users with disabilities ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 47/26 of 21.05.2026), which shall enter into force on 29 May 2026.

Rulebook on amendments to the Rulebook on the conditions for the assignment and use of radio frequency spectrum ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 47/26 of 21.05.2026), which shall enter into force on 29 May 2026.
