The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, within its legal competence, has adopted the Rulebook on amendments to the Rulebook on the amount and method of payment of fees for the provision of services within the competence of the regulatory authority for electronic communications and postal services ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 40/26 of 30.4.2026). The aforementioned rulebook shall enter into force on 8 May 2026.
