On 21 and 22 April 2026, the conference "Regional Dialogue: Challenges and Innovations in the Postal Market" was held in Sarajevo, organized by the Agency for Postal Traffic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the support of GIZ, as well as the workshop "Implementation of CEFTA Decision 3/2024 on Parcel Delivery Services between CEFTA Parties". The conference brought together numerous representatives of public and private postal operators, NRAs from the region, as well as the academic community in the field of postal traffic.

On the first day of the conference, RATEL representative Ljiljana Nedeljković participated in a panel discussion on the topic of Out of Home (OOH) delivery solutions – experiences from the region and market needs. On the second day, as part of the workshop, she presented the functionalities of the Postal Services Price Portal.

Participation in the conference and workshop contributed to the exchange of experiences and good practices in the field of postal services, as well as to further improving transparency and user information through the Postal Services Price Portal.
