The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, within its legal competence, has adopted the Rulebook on the content and manner of collecting and accessing data on the geographical overview of the spread of broadband networks and the intention to build (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 31 of 2 April 2026). This rulebook prescribes in more detail the manner of collecting information on the spread and plans for future development, improvement or expansion of the broadband network, including very high capacity networks, the procedure for preparing, the content and manner of accessing the geographical overview, as well as the manner of collecting statements of intention to build.
