The Ratel team, from 10-12 March 2026, participated in the second EXPO 2027 International Participation Meeting (IPM) held at the Sava Center and gathering more than 450 delegates from 138 countries around the world. As part of its technical sessions, Ratel presented guidelines for the use of radio devices at EXPO 2027. Through scheduled meeting slots, over the three days, international participants had the opportunity to ask questions and learn about the procedures for the use of radio devices, application deadlines and the approval process for the use of radio devices. A representative of Ratel held two sessions of presentations on the topic of using radio devices at EXPO 2027. The sessions were recorded and will serve as video instructions for participants to submit requests for approval to use radio devices at EXPO 2027.

All users intending to use radio devices and radio frequencies during the EXPO 2027 event are required to submit applications for approval to use radio devices in a timely manner via the EXPO IP Portal (https://ipportal.rs/login).
