The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, within its legal competence, has adopted the Rulebook on the amount and method of payment of the fee for issuing a license, amending a license and compensation of operating costs for the provision of postal services ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 12/26 of 06.02.2026). This rulebook determines the amount and method of payment of the fee for issuing a license for the provision of one or more services within the scope of the universal postal service and a license for the provision of postal services outside the scope of the universal postal service, the fee for amending a license for the provision of postal services, as well as the amount and method of payment of the fee for operating costs for the provision of postal services, the deadlines for settling payment obligations and prescribes the method of presenting data relevant for determining the amount of compensation of operating costs for the provision of postal services. This rulebook shall enter into force on 14.02.2025, except for the provisions of Article 2 of this rulebook, which shall apply from 1 January 2027.
