The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services has lent a 16-seat minibus to the "1. novembar" school for primary and secondary education from Čačak. The school provides preschool, primary and secondary education, and in addition to Čačak, the transport will also cover the municipalities of Gornji Milanovac, Lučani and Ivanjica.

For a school that educates 93 students with developmental disabilities, this vehicle is not just a means of transportation, but a bridge to greater inclusion. Equipped with access ramps and, as of recently, an elevator, the school is maximally adapted to children, so the minibus will further facilitate the organization of classes and enable students to go on more frequent trips, thus participating more in extracurricular activities.
