The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, within its legal competence, has adopted the Rulebook on the procedure for out-of-court dispute resolution upon complaints from users of postal services ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 4/2026). This Rulebook prescribes in more detail the manner of implementing the out-of-court dispute resolution procedure in which the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services resolves disputes between a postal operator and a postal service user. This Rulebook shall enter into force on 24 January and shall apply from 14 March 2026.
