The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, within its legal competence, has adopted the following by-laws:

• Rulebook amending the Rulebook on the content of the form for submitting data and the manner of submitting data on used numbers and addresses from the Numbering Plan ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 118/25 of 26.12.2025). The Rulebook shall enter into force on 3 January 2026.
• Rulebook amending the Rulebook on the conditions for the assignment and use of radio frequency spectrum ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 118/25 of 26.12.2025). The Rulebook shall enter into force on 3 January 2026.
