At the Fourth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly, which started on December 16, 2025, the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia considered and adopted conclusions accepting Activity Reports of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services for 2023 and 2024. 

The reports were previously adopted by the competent Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications. The 2023 report was considered in July 2024, and the 2024 report was adopted at the Committee meeting on July 31, 2025.
