The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, within its legal competences, has adopted the following by-laws:

·         Rulebook on access to the postal network of the Public Postal Operator ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 110/25 of 05.12.2025). The Rulebook shall enter into force on 13 December 2025 and shall apply from 1 January 2026. On the date of entry into force of this Rulebook, the Rulebook on access to the postal network of the Public Postal Operator ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 159/20) shall cease to be valid.

·         Rulebook on the manner and procedure of expert supervision of the postal service provision ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 110/25 of 05.12.2025). The aforementioned Rulebook shall enter into force on 13 December 2025. On the date of entry into force of this Rulebook, the Rulebook on the manner and procedure of expert supervision of the postal service provision ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", No. 146/20) shall cease to be valid.
