As part of the "Cyber ​​Balkans" project, e-Governance Academy (eGA), in cooperation with RATEL as the National CERT, hosted a workshop on October 13, 2025, at the premises of the National CERT, dedicated to strengthening the cyber resilience of the healthcare sector in the Republic of Serbia, through comprehensive risk management models, legal frameworks and practical methodologies.

For the purposes of this event, eGA and the National CERT organized an exercise that combined the technical, organizational and communication aspects of responding to a ransomware-type cyberattack, with the division of roles according to the skill levels of the participants. The aim of the exercise was to provide participants with an overview of the complexity and different aspects of responding to incidents, as well as to review the importance of collaboration among participants in responding to a cyber incident.
