The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services adopted the Regulation amending Rulebook on requirements for assignment and use of radio frequency spectrum („Official Gazette of RS", No. 80/25 of 16.09.2025), which entered into force on September 24, 2025. This Rulebook stipulates the requirements for the assignment and use of radio frequency spectrum; manner, requirements and procedure for issuance, changes, restrictions, extention and renewal of individual licenses; individual license forms; validity of individual licenses; manner and requirements for the transfer of rights to use or lease radio frequency spectrum; application form and appropriate technical documentation to be submitted along the request for the issuance of individual license; application form for the issuance of temporary license; manner and requirements for the use of radio stations in the event of an emergency and in other urgent cases; general public bidding procedure; requirements enabling the shared use and installation of infrastructure and the shared use and access to radio frequency spectrum; manner and requirements for the restricted use of radio frequency spectrum; manner and requirements for the mandatory identification of certain types of radio stations; manner and requirements for the registration of radio stations, as well as the submission of technical and other data on certain types of radio stations, when necessary for the purpose of protection from harmful interference and monitoring of the use of radio frequency spectrum.
