The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services adopted the Rulebook on harmonization of fees for the provision of services within the competence of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 77/25 of September 5, 2025), which shall enter into force on September 13, 2025, and shall be applied from January 1, 2026. This rulebook harmonizes the fees prescribed by the Rulebook on the amount and method of payment of fees for the provision of services within the competence of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services ("Official Gazette of RS", Nos. 92/24 and 95/24) with the consumer price index in the Republic of Serbia, in the manner set out in Article 7 of the Rulebook on the methodology and method of determining the costs of providing public services ("Official Gazette of RS", Nos. 14/13, 25/13 - correction and 99/13).
