Pursuant to Article 100, paragraph 5, of the Law on Electronic Communications ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 35/23) and Article 42, paragraph 1, of the Law on the Government ("Official Gazette of RS", Nos. 55/05, 71/05-correction, 101/07, 65/08, 16/11, 68/1-CC, 72/12, 7/14-CC, 44/14 and 30/18-other law), the Government of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a Regulation amending the Regulation on the Establishment of the Radio Frequency Allocation Plan ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 76 of August 29, 2025).

The Regulation on Amendments to the Regulation on the Establishment of the Radio Frequency Allocation Plan ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 76 of August 29, 2025) shall enter into force on September 6, 2025.

The Radio Frequency Allocation Plan determines the allocation of radio frequency bands for certain radio communication services, in accordance with the international Radio Regulations, relevant international treaties, agreements, international legal acts and recommendations, as well as relevant regulations of the European Union.
