Submitting of documents

Based on the Decision on the State of Emergency and the measures of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL) informs the users that, as of Monday, 16 March 2020, as part of protective measures against the COVID-19 pandemic, it will not be possible to submit documents or file complaints in person at the Agency's premises. All documents and correspondence can be sent electronically at or by regular postal service. User applications are also available on RATEL's official Internet page

Once again, we would like to thank our users for their understanding, conscientious and responsible action in this new situation. RATEL is committed to timely updating these instructions and informing the public accordingly.
