Pursuant to the Order on restriction and prohibition of movement on the territory of the Republic of Serbia („Official Gazette of RS“ No. 34/20), in accordance with the Instructions of the Ministry of Interior, responsible for the issuance of the above license, please be advised of the following:

The authorized person employed at the electronic communications operator shall provide a list (containing basic personal data) of persons required, by the nature of their job, to leave their home between 17.00 hrs and 5.00 hrs, to the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications. The list is to be sent electronically to: milos.maluckov@mtt.gov.rs (contact person is Miloš Maluckov).

We would like to emphasize that all personal data must be provided in line with the provisions governing the area of personal data protection, whereas the measures, decisions and recommendations of the Government of the Republic of Serbia taken in order to prevent and curb the spread of COVID-19 should be respected while designating persons to be issued with these licenses.

Please be reminded that any abuse of the acquired licenses is punishable under the law.
