Based on the prescribed competencies and deadlines, the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services adopted the following Rulebooks that will enter in force on January 13, 2024:

• Rulebook on the establishment of the Plan of allotment of radio frequencies/ locations/ areas for terrestrial digital sound broadcasting stations within VHF band (209-230 MHz) on the territory of the Republic of Serbia („Official Gazette of RS“, No. 1/24 of January 5, 2024), based on the Decree on the establishment of the Plan of allotment of radio frequency bands („Official Gazette of RS“, No. 89/20) and corresponding international agreements, accords and recommendations, taking into account the needs and demands of users. The above Rulebook establishes the requirements for the allotment of radio frequencies/ frequency blocks from allocated radio frequency bands according to locations/ areas, allotment of radio frequencies/ frequency blocks, as well as other technical requirements for the use of radio frequencies in frequency band 209-230 MHz. 

• Rulebook on the establishment of the Plan of allotment of radio frequencies in radio frequency bands 1900-1980 MHz and 2110-2170 MHz („Official Gazette of RS“, No. 1/24 of January 5, 2024) establishing the requirements for the allotment of radio frequencies in radio frequency bands 1900-1980 MHz and 2110-2170 MHz and other technical requirements for the use of radio frequencies in parts of radio frequency bands 1920-1980 MHz and 2110-2170 MHz used for mobile/fixed communication networks (MFCN). On the day of entry into force of the above Rulebook, the Plan of allotment of frequencies for UMTS/IMT-2000 radio system („Official Gazette of RS“, No. 17/08) ceases to be in force.

• Rulebook on the establishment of the Plan of allotment of radio frequencies/ locations for terrestrial analogue FM broadcasting stations on the territory of the Republic of Serbia („Official Gazette of RS“, No. 1/24 of January 5, 2024), based on the Decree on the establishment of the Plan of allotment of radio frequency bands („Official Gazette of RS“, No. 89/20) and corresponding international agreements, accords and recommendations, taking into account the needs and demands of users. The Allotment Plan and its Annex, which constitute integral part of the above Rulebook, establish the requirements for the allotment of radio frequencies according to locations, as well as other technical requirements for the use of radio frequencies in radio frequency band 87.5 MHz - 108 MHz (analogue FM broadcasting). On the day of entry into force of the above Rulebook, the  Rulebook on the establishment of the Plan of allotment of frequencies/ locations for terrestrial analogue FM broadcasting stations on the territory of the Republic of Serbia („Official Gazette of RS“, Nos. 102/16 and 105/20) ceases to be in force.
