Rulebook on quality parameters for the provision of postal services goes into force

On September 12, 2020, the Rulebook on quality parameters for the provision of postal services („Official Gazette of RS“ No. 114/20 of September 4, 2020) went into force, defining more closely the quality parameters to be observed by the postal operators while providing postal services.
