On September 19, 2020, the Rulebook on the conditions and manner of provision of postal services („Official Gazette of RS“ No. 115/20 of September 11, 2020) went into force, defining more closely the conditions and manner of provision of postal services, handling of postal items from collection to delivery, rights, obligations and responsibilities of postal service providers and users and protection of postal service users both in domestic and international postal traffic.
