Rulebook on changes to the Rulebook on the fee calculation for the provision of services within the competence of the Republic Agency for Electronic Communications goes into force
On July 7, 2020, the Rulebook on changes to the Rulebook on the fee calculation for the provision of services within the competence of the Republic Agency for Electronic Communication went into force (“Official Gazette of RS", No. 92/20 of June 29, 2020).
In the Rulebook, a new individual license issuance fee has been set at 10 percent, instead of 50 percent, of the fee established in Article 3 of this Rulebook, as regards the use of radio frequencies in case of individual license holder’s status change, i.e. change of the individual license holder’s data, such as change of name, business name, headquarters or trademark, for the individual license for radio frequency usage issued on request and filed electronically with the Agency.
This change represents yet another benefit and encouragement for the users of radio frequency spectrum to apply for individual licenses for radio frequency usage electronically, via Internet Portal.
