RATEL’s Management received the delegation of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (FAS) led by its Deputy Head, Anatoly Golomolzin.

The purpose of the meeting was to improve and encourage further bilateral cooperation, previously agreed upon in a concluded Memorandum of Understanding.

Meeting topics focused on mutually beneficial areas of interest, such as tariff regulation in electronic communications and postal services, creation of a competition-friendly environment within the postal market and enabling non-discriminatory access to the infrastructure.
