The National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia adopted, at its Thirteenth sitting of the Second extraodinary session, an amended Draft Conclusion submitted by the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications, in the process of consideration and deliberation of the Activity Report of the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL) for 2021.

RATEL’s 2021 Activity Report was presented by Dragan Kovačević, Chair of the Managing Board, who highlighted several key segments of the report – introduction, as of July 2021, of the „roam like home“ rule for the Western Balkans region, followed by the results of comparative measurements and the QoS parameter analysis of mobile communication network sevices on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, as well as comparative prices of electronic communication services and postal services.

The conclusion on the assessment of the amended Activity Report of the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services for 2021 was published on February 27, 2023, in the “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 16/23.
