Third “Measurements of QoS” meeting is taking place in Belgrade, where papers on the latest projects and activities in the domain of QoS measurement will be presented by experts from Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia.

Representatives of these countries have been exchanging MoQoS knowledge and experience during three previous years.

The meeting enabled the exchange of discoveries and possibilities regarding advances in the QoS measurement methodologies nowadays implemented by regulators for the purpose of QoS monitoring and consumer protection.

Presentation of the national development in this area is expected to meaningfully contribute to the harmonization of measurement methodologies.
