The Rulebook on quality parameters of publicly available electronic communications services, measurement, inspection and verification of electronic communications operators’ proceedings was published in the „Official Gazette of RSˮ, No. 23 of March 24, 2023. It specifies, among other, quality parameters of public voice services, Internet access service and Internet services, media content distribution services provided via appropriate electronic communications networks, manner of providing information to users about service quality and availability, minimum quality of provision of said services offered by public communications network operators, electronic communications network quality parameters, verification of electronic communications operators’ actions, verification of fulfillment of special requirements prescribed for operators with significant market power, verification of the use of numbering and of other operators’ obligations.

The Rulebook comes in force on April 1, 2023, and shall become applicable as of July 2, 2023.
