Information for users
Pursuant to the Decision of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia („Official Gazette of RS”, No. 65/20 of May 6, 2020) the state of emergency, declared for the territory of the Republic of Serbia on March 15, 2020, has ended, and the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services – RATEL is resuming its business activities at its official premises, with enhanced health protection measures.
All documents and correspondence addressed to the Agency can be submitted in person at the Agency’s administrative office, 2 Palmotićeva Street, Belgrade. Business hours of the administrative office are Monday – Friday, 9AM – 3PM.
All documents addressed to the Agency can also be sent electronically at firstname.lastname@example.org or by regular mail, as well as through user applications available on RATEL's official Internet page http://portal.ratel.rs/sr.
