As part of the visit of the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and the ceremony of exchange of signed bilateral documents in the Palace of Serbia, Dragan Kovačević, Chairman of RATEL's Managing Board and Ömer Abdullah Karagözoğlu, President of ICTA of Turkey, exchanged Memorandum of Understanding.

This agreement on cooperation will facilitate further development of friendly relations based on equality and mutual interests, the exchange of ideas, information, personnel, skills and experience that can be benefition for both parties, as well as collaboration in the field of electronic communications and postal services, encouraging the expansion of good relations in other domains.

The purpose of this cooperation is to promote the exchange of information and experience in the electronic communications and postal regulation and support regulatory policies and actions taken by the two parties in accordance with mutual interests, best international practices and public well-being and needs of the citizens of both nations.
