All received personal data are collected and treated by the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services – RATEL, Palmotićeva 2, Belgrade (hereinafter: the Agency). Personal data is gathered exclusively for the needs of proper functioning of the Agency within its own competence and fulfillment of rights and obligations of the individuals the personal data refer to, as well as management of administrative procedures and other procedures in accordance with law. Personal data is used for identification of individuals and establishment of facts necessary for the execution of relevant procedures. These data shall not be shared nor made available to other persons or state organs, unless otherwise specified by law. Personal data are used and treated exclusively by authorized persons, employed at the Agency, for the purpose of execution of their tasks. Individuals whose personal data are gathered disclose their personal data on the voluntary basis, pursuant to the obligations set forth in the Law on Electronic Communications, General Administrative Procedure Act, Law on Personal Data Protection and other existing laws and bylaws. Individuals whose personal data are collected retain all rights provided under the Law on Personal Data Protection and other relevant regulations (right to query, right to copy, right to correction etc.). The Agency shall inform individuals whose personal data is collected about all other circumstances which, if left undisclosed, would be contrary to the responsible data handling and treatment.
