On October 31, 2020, the Rulebook on the technical requirements for residential mailboxes („Official Gazette of RS“ No. 126/20 of October 23, 2020) went into force, defining more closely the technical requirements for the design, manufacturing and installation of residential mailboxes, so as to ensure regular, efficient and safe delivery of non-recorded letterpost items to recipients.
