Director  of the Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services (RATEL) Dragan Pejović met with Minister of Information and Telecommunications dr Mihailo Jovanović, on the occasion of the presentation of quality parameters measurement and analysis results pertaining to mobile communications network services (Mobile Network Benchmarking) in the Republic of Serbia for 2022.

Speaking about the results, director of RATEL acquainted the Minister with the Benchmarking Methodology and details concerning the setup of measurements, scope of the project, equipment description and manner of scoring.

The meeting concluded on a note that current results indicate an improvement in the quality of services provided by mobile operators to their users, based on the previous year’s average score of 83.51 points, as against this year’s 86.58.
